We love design. We love architecture and we love discussions about sustainability and our relationships with the built environment, so we’re very proud to present a special film component for the Fremantle Design Week. The Design film festival has been curated especially for Fremantle Design Week by Richard Sowarda, Director of the Revelation Film Festival.
Featuring six feature films and feature documentaries, this excellent program includes a searing examination of housing for refugees in Shelter Without Shelter , the absorbing Making a Mountain, the wonderful portraits of Mau and Aalto, the local First Nations spiritual journey of Namarali and the brilliant essay work Last and First Men narrated by Tilda Swinton.
