4 JULY - PERTH PREMIERE - DJ SESSION BY RTRFM DJ RHIAN TODHUNTER, AND COMPLIMENTARY DRINK

Only a matter of weeks after its Cannes world premiere and less than a year after his release of the astonishing Poor Things, Yorgos Lanthimos is back with his new work, Kinds of Kindness.

In it, Lathimos reunites two of his Poor Things cast with Emma Stone, Willem Dafoe in a triptych fable, following a man without choice who tries to take control of his own life; a policeman who is alarmed that his wife who was missing-at-sea has returned and seems a different person; and a woman determined to find a specific someone with a special ability, who is destined to become a prodigious spiritual leader.

The film also sees Lanthimos reunite with long-time writing collaborator, Efthimis Filippou, who previously weighed in on the contemporary classics Dog Tooth, The Killing of a Sacred Deer and The Lobster. Together they produce another already acclaimed work guaranteed to fire up audiences internationally and focus attention on what is somewhat of a new wave in international independent cinema.
